Beneath the towering boughs of the World Tree, barbarians of the Path of the Rune Scripter walk a path forged in primal magic. Drawing upon the ancient energies that pulse through the roots of existence, they inscribe runes of power upon the earth, their flesh, or the very air itself —each symbol a conduit of the wild, untamed forces of nature.

Beneath The Rooted Soil

Barbarians who follow the Path of the Rune Scripter have formed a connection with the primal, natural energy flowing from the world tree's roots, channelling the power of ancient runes to enhance their abilities.

They gain the ability to inscribe or manifest ancient runes, by either drawing them in the soil with their feet, with their blood, or even magically conjuring them.

Often used in the thick of combat, or at times of extreme emotion, these runes may spontaneously appear on their body or in the air before them, providing aid and protection.

In the script of runes, they find strength, wisdom, and a connection to the elemental essence of Eldwin itself.
